BioI am a college student at my community college, I am going to college to become a preschool special education teacher, maybe work with Deaf children. I am learning American Sign Language, I've wanted to learn it since I had a fifth grade teacher that had an American Sign Language degree and worked with Deaf children. She was working in a regular classroom when she taught my class, but went back to working with Deaf children after I went to middle school.
Any information anyone can give my on the Deaf Community would be helpful, I would like to learn about it as much as I can.
